With a strong desire to find an easier and better way to the repair procedure Tom learned the induction heat theory, self-taught the process and applied it to the many applications that it is used for in the automotive repair industry. Tom also serves as President and CEO of Circuits by US (CBUS) a contract printed circuit board (PCB) assembly house.

Prior to joining Induction Innovations, Johanna spent her career primarily in the banking industry in a marketing capacity. Johanna earned her MBA from Northern Illinois University.
