Tom founded Induction Innovations® in 2000 following 28 years as a collision repair technician. With a strong desire to find an easier and better way to the repair procedure Tom learned the induction heat theory, self-taught the process and applied it to the many applications that it is used for in the automotive repair industry. Tom also serves as President and CEO of Circuits by US (CBUS) a contract printed circuit board (PCB) assembly house.

What Tom loves most about his job: his employees. In his free time, Tom enjoys boating when the weather allows it.

Marketing Manager

Alicia has been with Induction Innovations since 2016 and manages all of our marketing and communication activities. Her past experience includes marketing communication and event management for a video production company, gasoline brand and a chamber of commerce in the Chicago suburbs. Alicia has a bachelor's degree in Public Relations and Communications from Monmouth College.

What Alicia loves most about her job: "I enjoy the variety of my job. No day is the same. I love our customers and interacting with them. I enjoy learning about all the different industries our products contribute to and educating our customers on our products."

Sales Manager & Technical Support

Norb has been with Induction Innovations since 2015. Some of his responsibilities include, educating and training our distributors on our products, attending trade shows, helping customers troubleshoot with repair issues and more. Outside of work, Norbert enjoys spending time with his family, especially his four grandkids. He also has many hobbies, such as cars, motorcycles, slot cars and going to the shooting range.

When asked what he loves most about his job, he said, "I enjoy working with customers, attending trade shows and learning something new every day."

Previously, Norb served as a Field Service Engineer for Eastman Kodak for 35 years. Norb earned his Associates Degree in Electrical & Electronics Engineering from Triton College.

Operations Manager

Paul has been with Induction Innovations since 2007. As the Operations Manager, Paul oversees the production of our products, monitors our existing processes and analyzes the effectiveness as well as managing the resources which are devoted to the production and delivery of products and services.

When Paul is not at work, he enjoys spending time with family, especially his grandchildren, as well as spending time outdoors.

What Paul loves most about his job. "The constant challenges that the job entails and the reward of always learning from my co-workers."

Office Manager

Deb has been with Induction Innovations since 2018 and her organization and communication skills are key to our team. Multi-tasking with phone reception, receiving and finalizing orders, helping customers troubleshoot with repair issues and arranging shipping and receiving is done flawlessly.

Debbie enjoys spending time with her family & friends. She likes doing fun activities, such as being outside watching her kids play soccer, being inside solving a puzzle or just curled up with a good book.

When asked what she loves most about her job, she said, "My days as an Office Manager is ever changing and I love everything I do, including communicating with customers, processing orders, arranging shipping for all of our customers worldwide and most of all, my co-workers."

Amy, has been with the company since 2018. Her responsibilities include financials and reporting, accounts receivable and payables, inventory tracking and reporting, and payroll and insurance (HR). Call her today if you have questions on an invoice or payment.

When Amy is not at work, she enjoys spending time with her family and friends as well as her two daughters who are very involved with cheerleading competitions. She likes attending Chicago Cubs games, hiking and being outdoors.

What Amy loves most about her job. "I like the people I work with along with the day-to-day variety of tasks that I am responsible for and how nothing is never the same."
