Meet Our Team

Tom founded Induction Innovations^® in 2000 following 28 years as a collision repair technician. With a strong desire to find an easier and better way to the repair procedure Tom learned the induction heat theory, self-taught the process and applied it to the many applications that it is used for in the automotive repair industry. Tom also serves as President and CEO of Circuits by US (CBUS), a contract printed circuit board (PCB) assembly house.

What Tom loves most about his job: his employees. In his free time, Tom enjoys boating when the weather allows it.

Micah graduated from Northern Illinois University with a Master of Science in Electrical Engineering. He joined the Induction Innovations team in 2020 and brings a plethora of skills and experience. His primary job functions include product and research development, circuit board design and process improvement.  He is excited to work with a positive team and help grow the business.

In his spare time, Micah enjoys spending time with his wife and two children. He enjoys working with his hands whether its playing guitar, working in the garden or whipping up his favorite food dish.

Paul has been with Induction Innovations since 2007. As the Operations Manager, Paul oversees the production of our products, monitors our existing processes and analyzes the effectiveness as well as managing the resources which are devoted to the production and delivery of products and services.

When Paul is not at work, he enjoys spending time with family, especially his grandchildren, as well as spending time outdoors.

What Paul loves most about his job. “The constant challenges that the job entails and the reward of always learning from my co-workers.”

Deb has been with Induction Innovations since 2017 and her organization and communication skills are key to our team. Multi-tasking with phone reception, receiving and finalizing orders, helping customers troubleshoot with repair issues and arranging shipping and receiving is done flawlessly.

Debbie enjoys spending time with her family & friends. She likes doing fun activities, such as being outside watching her kids play soccer, being inside solving a puzzle or just curled up with a good book.

When asked what she loves most about her job, she said, “My days as an Office Manager is ever-changing and I love everything I do, including communicating with customers, processing orders, arranging shipping for all of our customers worldwide and most of all, my co-workers.”

Amy has been with Induction Innovations since 2018.  Her main focus is to manage the company finances as well as serve as the Human Resource Manager.  She also assists with various projects within the Sales and Marketing Departments. 

When Amy is not at work, she enjoys spending time with her family, 2 dogs and friends.  She has two daughters who are very involved with sports and when she is not at her kids sporting events you can find her boating with family or volunteering for a local rescue.  

Amy loves the people she works with and the constant variety each day throws at her.  Her passion is to see the company grow and expand into new industries.  

Destiny has been with Induction Innovations since 2019 and after a brief leave is back to join our team.  Destiny is a key player of the team, assisting with Finance, Human Resources, Marketing and other various jobs in the office.  

Destiny enjoys spending time with her four kids and the rest of her family.  She is very creative and loves doing arts and crafts, especially with her kids.  

When asked what she loves most about her job, she said, “What I love about working at Induction Innovations is how every day is never the same and how great it is working with my coworkers who truly work together as a team.”

Cliff has been with Induction Innovations since April of 2022. His position is a Sales and Marketing Support Specialist. He specializes in B2B development and educating our distributors on Induction Innovation products. His role is to support our distributors and make sure that Induction Innovation’s pride in upholding distributor integrity is met at every standard! When Cliff is not in the office, he enjoys spending time with his children. He is an avid outdoorsman and embraces the outdoors and is an avid fisherman. While not with his family or fishing Cliff is a full-time student at DeVry University finishing his bachelor’s degree in technical management with a focus on marketing and sales.

When asked about what makes this job important to him, “Induction Innovations has cultured a positive work environment that supports a work culture that is set up to not only better the company but each other through knowledge and willingness to be open and learn. The team atmosphere that is here is great because the leaders lead by example setting up room for originality and great ideas!”

Kim joined the Induction Innovations team in 2023 and is the piece to our missing puzzle. Her core responsibilities include order processing, shipping, and internal and external customer service but she doesn’t shy away from taking on new challenges. 

When Kim is not in the office, she enjoys spending her time outdoors exploring new things with her family and friends.  She loves being around animals, whether is cuddling up with her dog or horseback riding. 

Kim loves her job, from helping customer to working with her coworkers.  “No day is ever the same in the office, we work as a team and the atmosphere is always welcoming.”
