Each team member of Induction Innovations, Inc. brings a level of expertise and experience invaluable to the longevity and growth of the company.
Tom founded Induction Innovations® in 2000 following 28 years as a collision repair technician. With a strong desire to find an easier and better way to the repair procedure Tom learned the induction heat theory, self-taught the process and applied it to the many applications that it is used for in the automotive repair industry. Tom also serves as President and CEO of Circuits by US (CBUS), a contract printed circuit board (PCB) assembly house.
What Tom loves most about his job: his employees. In his free time, Tom enjoys boating when the weather allows it.
Micah graduated from Northern Illinois University with a Master of Science in Electrical Engineering. He joined the Induction Innovations team in 2020 and brings a plethora of skills and experience. His primary job functions include product and research development, circuit board design and process improvement. He is excited to work with a positive team and help grow the business.
In his spare time, Micah enjoys spending time with his wife and two children. He enjoys working with his hands whether its playing guitar, working in the garden or whipping up his favorite food dish.
Beth graduated from Columbia College Chicago with a bachelor’s degree in Business and Marketing Communications. She joined the team in 2019, bringing her passion for graphic design and a keen eye for detail to the marketing team. Her responsibilities include managing the marketing and communications for the company, advertising, trade show planning as well as developing marketing and product development plans for products. Currently, she is a Graduate Student at Northern Illinois University where she is working towards her Masters in Digital Marketing.
When not at work, Beth volunteers at animal shelters and fosters dogs until they find their forever home. She also enjoys traveling around the world and working out at the gym after work.
What Beth likes most about her job is the fast-paced work environment and that no two days are the same.
Paul has been with Induction Innovations since 2007. As the Operations Manager, Paul oversees the production of our products, monitors our existing processes and analyzes the effectiveness as well as managing the resources which are devoted to the production and delivery of products and services.
When Paul is not at work, he enjoys spending time with family, especially his grandchildren, as well as spending time outdoors.
What Paul loves most about his job. “The constant challenges that the job entails and the reward of always learning from my co-workers.”
Deb has been with Induction Innovations since 2017 and her organization and communication skills are key to our team. Multi-tasking with phone reception, receiving and finalizing orders, helping customers troubleshoot with repair issues and arranging shipping and receiving is done flawlessly.
Debbie enjoys spending time with her family & friends. She likes doing fun activities, such as being outside watching her kids play soccer, being inside solving a puzzle or just curled up with a good book.
When asked what she loves most about her job, she said, “My days as an Office Manager is ever-changing and I love everything I do, including communicating with customers, processing orders, arranging shipping for all of our customers worldwide and most of all, my co-workers.”
Amy, has been with the company since 2018. Her responsibilities include financials and reporting, accounts receivable and payables, inventory tracking and reporting, and payroll and insurance (HR). Call her today if you have questions on an invoice or payment.
When Amy is not at work, she enjoys spending time with her family and friends as well as her two daughters who are very involved with cheerleading competitions. She likes attending Chicago Cubs games, hiking and being outdoors.
What Amy loves most about her job. “I like the people I work with along with the day-to-day variety of tasks that I am responsible for and how nothing is never the same.”
Irma joined the Induction Innovations team in 2021 and is a true team player. Her core responsibilities include order processing, shipping, and internal and external customer service but she doesn’t shy away from taking on new challenges.
In her spare time, she exploring new places with her children and spending time with her family. She loves to watch baseball, especially when her son is playng.
What Irma loves most about her job is the encouragement given by her team and the calm and pleasant work environment.
Mark is an accomplished Sales Manager having owned his own company for over 15 years. He has experience in everything from stone, commercial printing, circuit boards and induction heaters. He enjoys his job because he gets the opportunity to help people and find the right solution for their needs.
He and his wife live in close proximity to his son and two granddaughters, who he spends a majority of his spare time with. Mark is family man and makes a point to have dinner with the whole family every Wednesday night. He is active in his community and frequently volunteers at the local VFW where he is a lifetime member. Mark is a retired pilot from the U.S. Army and attended The University of Wisconsin and Embry Riddle Aeronautical University majoring in Business and Aviation Management.
Dana graduated from Penn State University with a bachelor’s degree in Film/Video and she joined the Induction Innovations team in 2020. Her responsibilities include managing social media and providing graphic design and marketing support to the team!
Since Dana is new to the Chicago area, she and her husband like to explore the city in their free time. She also enjoys photography, watching movies, and reading (currently making her way through some Stephen King novels). Dana is also an avid baker! She enjoys baking up lots of bread and trying new techniques when time permits.
New to Induction Innovations, Dana is excited to meet the whole team and learn something new every day.
