- International Scope & Import Enforcement Notice
Induction Innovations, Inc. actively monitors domestic commerce channels, cross-border freight manifests, and major e-commerce platforms (including Amazon, eBay, Walmart, AliExpress, and Temu).
- Border & Customs Enforcement: Induction Innovations, Inc. actively asserts its intellectual property rights before administrative bodies, including the U.S. International Trade Commission (USITC) under Section 337, and coordinates with U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) to identify, detain, and seize infringing, unauthorized, or counterfeit imported products.
