Get to Know Us: Induction Innovations Team Member Spotlight

Deb Brey

When customers on six continents depend on you for products that help keep their businesses running smoothly, you need a first-rate system of organization and communication.

That’s why we’re so grateful for the skill and dedication of our office manager Debra Brey.

Brey joined the Induction Innovations team nearly three years ago and has brought a level of expertise and organization to her role that ensures that our customers around the world receive the highest level of service and responsiveness, whether they have a question about an order, a repair or a technical issue.

As a bonus, Brey has a positive attitude that is a source of reassurance to both customers and her coworkers. A source of great wisdom around health and home issues, her coworkers tend to think of Brey as a sort of unofficial life coach. Brey says her job makes it easy to stay positive because it provides a never-boring array of tasks and the opportunity to engage with customers from every part of the world.

“My days as an office manager are ever-changing and I love everything about what I do, including communicating with customers, processing orders, arranging shipping for all of our customers worldwide and, most of all, my co-workers.”

Outside the office, Brey enjoys spending time with her family and friends, watching her kids play soccer and curling up with a good book or a puzzle.

Providing the World with the Induction Heating Advantage

Brey’s job includes arranging shipping for all of our customers in Europe, Asia, Australia, North America, South American and Africa, and in repair centers in the United States, Canada, United Kingdom and India.

As a US-based business, we love the opportunity that working with our international customers provides for adding to our knowledge of vehicles and repair processes around the world. Our induction heaters are designed to work at different voltages and with different plugs for different countries and our distributors are often able to act as a resource to our foreign customers.

At Induction Innovations, we maintain strong relationships with our channel partners as well. To help drive new business, we created an online partner portal through our website that provides access to all Mini-Ductor and Inductor Series marketing collateral, downloadable videos, price sheets, quality certifications, and more.
