Induction Innovations Team Walks for The Cure
Here at Induction Innovations, we believe in the importance of supporting and donating to charities and organizations both locally and nationwide. We have donated tools to organizations such as the Collision Repair Education Foundation (read more about that on our blog here) as well as donating a portion of the proceeds of pre-ordered Mini-Ductor® Venom® HPs just last year to breast cancer research.
This year, we wanted to increase our support by featuring a Special Edition Pink Mini-Ductor Venom HP: a tool for the cause. A portion of the sales of this pink tool will be donated also to breast cancer research, but the support doesn’t end there! In addition to those donations, Induction Innovations employees are lacing up their shoes and stepping out of the office to participate in a 5k in support of breast cancer awareness.
Induction Team Walks the Pink Pumpkin
Recently, our employees gathered at a local forest preserve in Illinois to walk the 5k or 3.1-mile course as a team. The Pink Pumpkin Half Marathon/10k/5k is a race during the month of October which supports the Susan G Komen Foundation. Induction Innovations sponsored the walk for any employees and family members that wanted to participate. Together we walked dressed in the Pink Pumpkin race shirt.
You Can Run/Walk for The Cause
Wondering how you can join in on the fun? The Pink Pumpkin race is virtual this year, allowing anyone to run or walk the course from wherever they live. The race extends to the end of the month, so there is still time to sign up! Register to run/walk by October 31st. You can also simply donate to the Susan G Komen Foundation today.
