Induction Heating Services – Best Practices

Each Induction Innovations unit comes with a manual. It is best to follow the guidelines listed in the manual to ensure the safety and correct operation of the tool and storage.

Here are some recommended best practices:

    • Ensure your coils fit your application properly – leaving a small gap between the coil and the work part
    • Use accessories like a heat-resistant mat to extend the life of your coils when applicable
    • Recognize normal wear and tear of coils vs. damage. Heating coil life is generally 200-300 uses, subject to use. Replacing your coils when they are blackened or frayed will extend the life of your unit
